Somehow its really sad to write, but it is what is it is- we are leaving our lady Grain for few months and we are moving to sail on other boats.
What a “cabrones” (sorry but its hard to translate) owners we are…We give her love, caress and joy and than one day  we just pack our bags and go sailing on others.

But not everything is so bad. Believe, we would not change our Grain for nothing….too much work, love and passion comes with here… But for being able to continue sailing the world futher south and west next winter...we need some incomes…So …we need to work.  Unfortunately we didn’t find any treasure in the Sea around …so job is waiting for us.

We will be working separately on different sailing yachts next months meanwhile our Grain will be waiting us here in Lanzarote Marina in Arrecife..  It was really too expensive to leave her out of water for all that time, so she is staying in water ( we don’t want to imagine what a “rainforest “ we will find on the haul when we will be  back:)
We spent almost a week  preparing her to  whistand  hot Canary sun and wind, cleaned all what is possible to clean outside and inside and tied her with triple ropes so that any  wind could make her damage.

And tomorrow the three of us (Kataryte is traveling to Lithuania to have a real cat life on land with a company of my parents dog Sailas, which we hope will take care of her:)) will leave the Island……
